Cost and time
How much does AI automation cost?
Projects start at $1,000, and most cost between $3,000 and $10,000. Every project has one fixed price, agreed after a free 30-minute call and before any work starts. How pricing works →
How long does it take to build an AI automation?
Most first automations go live in one to three weeks. Bigger systems go live in phases, so you see results early. Our own agency's nine-workflow system took about two weeks.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes, as an option. Every build includes error handling, retries and alerts, so if something fails you get an alert with enough detail to fix it. On a support plan, that alert comes to us and we fix it.
Ownership and security
Who owns the automations an agency builds?
You do. Everything we build runs in your accounts and under your logins, and it's handed over with written docs, so nothing is locked to us.
Is it safe to give an automation agency access to my tools?
It is when access is set up carefully. We use least-privilege access, keep credentials in your tools' own secret managers, keep no copies of your data on our side, and remove our access when the work is done.
Does the AI send emails or messages on its own?
No. AI drafts and a person on your team reviews and clicks send. Anything your customers see waits for that click.
What happens if something breaks?
Every build includes error handling, retries and alerts. If something fails, you (or we, on a support plan) get an alert with enough detail to fix it fast.
Working with us
Do I need a technical person on my team?
No. We build it, then walk your team through it in plain language and leave written docs. Day to day, the automations just run.
What tools do you work with?
Mostly n8n, Zapier and Make for workflows, plus OpenAI and Claude for AI steps. We connect to anything with an API, like HubSpot, Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and Stripe. When a tool can't do the job, we write custom code in Python, Go or TypeScript.
Where is Ocasia based?
Ocasia is a remote team working with clients worldwide. You work with Victor, our founder, directly: no account managers and no handoffs.
Is the case study a client project?
No. It was our own influencer-marketing agency, which we ran before starting Ocasia, so it shows hours saved and what the system produced, not a client's revenue. Read the case study →
