Privacy policy

This policy explains what Ocasia collects when you use this site or contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 22 October 2026.

Who we are

This site belongs to Ocasia, run by Victor Bolívar, which is responsible for the personal data described here. For anything about your data, email vbolivar@ocasia.agency.

What we collect

  • The contact form. Your name and work email, plus your company, website, budget and message if you add them.
  • Email. Whatever you include when you write to us.
  • Visiting the site. This site has no analytics script and sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Like any website, it is delivered by services that see your IP address and browser details (see below).

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, set up a call and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal. We don't sell your details or share them for anyone's marketing.

Who processes it for us

  • Formspree receives contact-form submissions and emails them to us.
  • Google Workspace hosts our email.
  • Cloudflare serves this website.
  • Google Fonts serves the site's fonts.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to talk with you and, if we work together, for the project and our records. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email vbolivar@ocasia.agency and we'll reply within one business day. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
